Not just for this video, but for the whole Advanced Trainings DVD series (own them all and attended the seminars), they are a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic approach to MFR techniques. All techniques are instructed by Advanced Certified Rolfers in a simple and concise way. If you are looking to improve your bodywork techniques with better results to follow, this is a great place to start. The Advanced Trainings crew have given me a completely brand new and broader sense of bodywork and it's possibilities. I am forever grateful.

| I highly recommend the Advanced training DVD Set! They are shot at actual seminars and training sessions so they include live student questions, client responses, and instructor explanations. The instruction is of the highest quality and I am confident that these DVDs will be of great use to all styles of bodyworkers. |

| Til Luchau is a master body worker and an amazing trainer. Each of this seminars I've attended have taken my work to another level. I own the whole set of these videos and would recommend them for any practitioner looking for new material and some inspiration. |
